Arpeggio Baked Creme Foundation is an innovative cream foundation that is poured onto a terra cotta disc and is then baked to perfection. Apply with our Silver Makeup Brush alone or over our Pigmented Moisturizer. By applying over the Pigmented Moisturizer, the Baked Creme powder will transform to its cream state leaving the complexion with a smooth, flawless satin finish. It is water resistant.
